stop being dependent on me

Right now im making six CDs for my mom because she says she doesnt know english and does not know how to use the computer.But what im saying is that we have lived it the United States for like 16 years, that is enough time to learn at least some english.Also she doesnt even try to learn how to use the computer. She doesnt even know how to turn it on! I cant be there helping her out all the things she cant do.For example, she doesnt know how to drive.She doesnt want to learn because she has us to take her everywhere. then my sister always wants us to do things for her. I cant be taking my time away to help them every time.
