[It's Beth.] I wanted to do something a bit unusual for my daily blog so I decided that I wanted to write a short story about what I'm not to sure yet but I'll see where it goes... will you?
Random Story Thing
The clouds rolled across the evening sky of the sun’s fading light and a cool breeze blew gently through the cracking autumn leaves on the sidewalk and street along with the crisp leaves that still hung on to the old towering oak trees that shaded him on his way home separated from him by a rusting iron bar fence. Though he paid no attention to any of these things of the seldom beauty of a late fall afternoon but instead was consumed in his own thoughts as he kicked a empty soda can while carrying a full backpack back of books and homework assignments. He would look up from the dented can every once in a while to sigh before gazing up to the sky almost as if he was looking for a divine sign.
