It had been a long day so far, two pop quizzes he had been totally unprepared for and one of which had been a major grade, he had lost his physics blueprint for his project and he had gotten into a confrontation in the hallway which led to an hour of after school detention. Suddenly his stomach let out a roar of frustration as he was reminded of his lost ID, with which he would have purchased his lunch. The whole day had been a living torture pit, nothing had gone right. He had known it was going to be that way the moment he realized he had slept through his alarm and had had only ten minutes before his first period class, advanced mathematics, at a school in town, a seven minute walk away. But none of his days had been all that great since he had moved to this little town out in the middle of nowhere about 3 months ago.
