Athletic Stuff

I don't understand something. Why is it because you like to dress up or your real, how people say "girlie", they think that you're athletically disabled. Clearly I am a girl, and although I am not involved in any sports or anything at school, people think I don't do that kind of stuff. Well I have a little brother and he is into football and running and anything that involves sweating. I may be a girl but I love to play football with my little brother and sometimes basketball. I like to run occasionally as well. Usually people don't believe me when I tell them I love to play football, I guess they think that because I'm a girl I don't know how to throw or something. I don't know, I just thought thought that was interesting to point out. =)
