So it was pretty sucky today that our show had to be cancelled. What show? Well, the advanced theatre class was suppose to do I Never Saw Another Butterfly which is about children and a family during the Holocaust. Very touching show and everything but sadly we had no lead and couldn’t do it (she had to do Shattered Dreams). So it’s rescheduled back-to-back Wednesday. 6 and 8. Come see!
Regardless that fact we didn’t have a lead, we as a whole cast didn’t seem ready. SO, no, I’m not mad that we had to cancel it today. No one wants to look dumb and this gives us about two days to really woodshed the parts! Hopefully we will be ready.
